4. Email back with approval of the proof -or- reply with text changes only
5. We will create your personalized print and ship it to your door. It can take up to 12-14 business days for the entire process.

Please Note: If we don't hear back from you within 72 hours of sending the proof, we will create and send your prints as-is. In which case, the prints will not be eligible for return or exchange.
